Our approach

Overview

C.S. Airworthiness & Compliance Advisory provides independent, remote advisory services to support aviation and regulated organizations in preparing technician licensing, competence, and supporting evidence so it withstands internal and external audits.

Our services focus on audit readiness, evidence defensibility, and regulatory clarity. We do not issue approvals, certifications, or authorizations.

Advisory philosophy

Our approach is based on three principles: Audit expectations drive outcomes Evidence is assessed from an auditor’s perspective, not a theoretical compliance view. Traceability over volume Clear, defensible evidence is more effective than excessive documentation. Independence and clarity Advisory support is clearly separated from authority or approval functions.

Structured advisory method

All engagements are delivered using a consistent, structured approach:

LEAD Method

L – Licensing evidence review

Independent review of licensing, competence, training, and experience evidence.

E – Experience and competence mapping

Mapping evidence against regulatory expectations and role requirements.

A – Audit risk assessment

Identification and risk-ranking of gaps from an audit perspective.

D – Defensible action plan

Clear, prioritized recommendations to improve evidence quality and audit readiness.

Regulatory reference frame

Our advisory work is informed by experience in regulated aviation environments aligned with frameworks overseen by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency, including Part 66, Part 145, and Part 147-type environments.

All outputs are advisory and preparatory in nature and do not constitute regulatory determinations.
